Brief description:
White male in pajamas was seen in our buildings parking lot casing out our cars, until several of us yelled out our windows at this suspect. This is not the first time we have seen this white male in our lot trying to steal he has done it before. this happened between sycamore & forest ave on s. washington ave. Said subject proceeded toward whittier ave on foot.
About 5’10, wears baseball cap, tonight he had on pajamas bottoms, always on foot, age between 18 – 26, suspect seems to live in same area & knows schedules of the building.

I saw this guy too. Actually there were two young men, but I thought the guy in the pajama bottoms was black, not white? They were seen around 9:40PM heading East on Kossuth at around Bruck Street walking towards Washington. The PJ bottoms were black with light graphics. They could have also been chef pants.

the main suspect is a white male. the others are just his friends who help him, take radios out of cars. thanks to a neighbor calling the police, the cops got the suspect last night, but since he was stopped before breaking into any cars they could not do anything to him, unless he had warrants. so we do not know how it played out. the police tells us he lives one block away is why this block is his target hot spot.
