Brief description:
Freddy came to my door yesterday wanting work. He was armed again with numchucks. I informed him the police are looking for him and they are aware that he is walking around armed. He took off in a hurry. I called the police, they came by looking for him. I don’t think they found him.
He just came back again and was armed again with something which he denied, then admitted to it. I told him he is not welcome to come to my door again. He said he wouldn’t be back and rode away north on Bruck on a gold older bike.
I called the police again.
Strong alcohol smell on him both times.
5’7. white. sandy blond hair. thick build. slurred speech.

This guy has been lingering all around the neighborhood lately. We discussed him at last week’s Police Luncheon and I gave the new Commander Grizzell printouts of recent posts from CBW. He is definitely on their radar screen. He had numchucks tucked in his pants the time I interacted with him as well.
