Brief description:
I saw a silver Honda Accord driving through the neighborhood several times between 2:30 & 3:30 today. They appeared to be driving and pulling over and stopping and driving. Sometimes unaware of the other drivers. The car did not have license plates on the front or rear, in fact the Honda dealership label appeared to be in it’s place.
A black man, possibly bald and white woman. She appeared to be in her 40s.
Late model silver Honda Accord.
