Brief description:
Two white men in black hoodies walking south on Pearl behind Planks. They both duck behind the dumpster in the Planks parking lot, change clothes and leave with a suitcase on rollers, which I guess was behind the dumpster? They didn’t have it before. They walk away towards south high, on carrying a suitcase and one carrying two small plastic shopping bags.
